Bob's pulley system for lifting mortar buckets is ready to go.

Because the foam board inevitably creates gaps near knots and other uneven log surfaces, Bob spray-foamed all the major ones. The tiny minor ones will be taken care of with the batting strips we stuff in from the inside.
