Jeff started on the top level of the scaffolding today, attaching the final strips of lath along the narrow top joint...

...then filled the large corner gaps with spray foam. Once the foam hardened, we dipped long galvanized nails in adhesive and pushed them in to give the mortar something extra to grab onto.

Jeff put Jillena up in the bucket again, applying the base coat of stain to the outside of the overdangles - something we forgot to do a few days ago.

She had nothing to worry about with her son at the controls.

When she was finished, he even drove the excavator around to the other side of the house.
