This is the first year we have a full lawn. Actually, it's still thin in spots. Where the fertilizer was spread heavier, the grass has come in darker and thicker. We're mowing it high to help it fill in, but that means raking - a lot of raking. We're looking for a pull-behind sweeper to collect the clippings. In the meantime, it's all hands on deck to rake up over an acre. Great exercise for everyone! (Click the image for a video.)
