Form tubes across the front of the house.		The process: first set the tube on the footer so it's fairly level and pour the concrete in.
Then screed off the top for a smooth surface.		Checking to make sure the top surface is level.
Placing a rebar pin in the riser at the desired distance away from the foundation wall using a measured stick. This pin will protrude up into a pressure-treated 6x6 post that will top off at deck level.		Checking the pin for plumb.
