The panels on the inside corner of the stairwell are down.

When we reached the area over the north 1st floor girder, it was obvious that the tops of the joists were not level with each other anymore. As with other areas of the floor, this warping and lifting was most likely caused by long exposure to the elements. Planing down some and using a thicker bead of adhesive on others evened things out.
