Jeff lowers the first of the two remaining RPSLs over the west wall.
 
We set the poles next to their piers for now.

We lifted the top end as far as the excavator would reach...
 
...then attached block and tackle to pull the pole the rest of the way up until it was vertical.
     
 
Paul and Jillena rig up a block and tackle set in preparation to raise the pole the rest of the way.
 
Both RPSLs now in place and secured to the 2nd floor girders.
