The tie beams are double 2x10's, with the long leg of a tension tie sandwiched between them, and the other end lag-screwed to the wall.		One of the double 2x10's (already scribed to fit against the log wall) goes up first, and the tension tie nailed to it. Then the other 2x10 goes up on the other side of the tension tie and the two 2x10's get screwed together.
Bolting the next tension tie to the wall with a 3/4" electric impact gun.
