Bob Caswell dug out a pit outside the daylight wall for a double frost wall. The forms were all assembled quickly in the morning.

Later in the morning, the forms arrived for the walls which should go up on Monday the 19th.

Forms for the double frost wall. A concrete patio slab will span here. The right wall will support the daylight wall in the basement. The left wall will support the back of the patio and future rear deck posts.

The concrete trucks arrived at 2:00 and pouring began. It took two truckloads to complete the frost walls and footers.
